All video remains property of Amore Wedding Videos until balance is paid in full.

Payment is divided into thirds. 1 At the time of booking. 2 On the wedding Day. 3 On delivery of the Finished DVDs Cheques made payable to "Instinctive Media"

Working over agreed times will be charged at a rate of $100 per hour.

Music for wedding video is chosen by clients, however if music choices change after editing has commenced an additonal charge may be added.

Videos may be used for promotional purposes unless requested otherwise by clients.

Prices do not include expenses incurred on the day.

All deposits are non-refundable.

It is the obligation of the clients to obtain any copyright clearance that may be needed for music used.

While every effort is taken to ensure a flawless video production, Amore Wedding Video cannot be held liable for any technical faults which may occur or circumstances which are beyond our control.
